<br />Community Development Department <br />651-490-2279 . fax: 651-490-2931 <br /> <br />the responsibility of the applicant prior to applying for grading and/or building permits from <br />the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />4. The building shall be used (after approval of this interim use permit) exclusivelyfor seasonal <br />and peak period truck and trailer parking and storage without expansion of the building or <br />the existing paved surfaces; or the building shall revert to a permitted use within the <br />underlying B-6 zoning district. The building shall have a maximum capacity and use for <br />peak or seasonal parked or trucks at anyone time. The interim use shall befor five years and <br />be reviewed administratively each year on or around the anniversary date of approval of the <br />permit. <br /> <br />5. Within 180 days of permit approval, the applicant shall complete all proposed and required <br />on-site bnprovements. The applicant shall remove all construction and other debris from the <br />site prior to occupancy or within 180 days whichever comes first. <br /> <br />6. The parking area shall not be expanded in size or intensity from that approved by this permit. <br />All permitted interim uses shall be restricted to space within the proposed site and parcel. <br /> <br />7. The paved driveway areas to the frontage road shall not be expanded beyond the current size. <br />A change in location of the driveway entrance to the ji'ontage road will require an approval <br />of a city driveway permit from the Public Works Director. <br /> <br />8. Any trash containers on the site shall be screened from view from the frontage road. <br /> <br />9. Except for the truck and trailer parking and storage, no additional exterior storage on the <br />site shall be permitted. No additional commercial vehicles may be parked or stored on the <br />site. <br /> <br />10. Sign age shall be non-lighted, non-flashing, non-moving, and shall not exceed 75 sf. <br /> <br />11. The interim use permit shall expire on June 16, 2008, unless an application is submitted for a <br />five year extension of the permit by March 1, 2008. Upon the expiration date of the initial <br />term of the interim use permit, as established by the City Council, the permit shall <br />automatically expire without action of any kind unless the permit is extended in accordance <br />with this Section and Section 12. <br /> <br />12. Applications for extension shall be filed 120 days prior to the expiration date of the original <br />permit, or the expiration of any extension thereof Unless the original permit was expressly <br />declared to be nonrenewable, the interim use permit may be extended for additional terms of <br />not more than five (5) years each if the City Council makes all of the findings set forth in this <br />resolution at of the time of each renewal. The City Council shall be the approving authority <br />for any or all extensions of the permit. The Council may refer the application for extension to <br />the Planning Commission for study and recommendations action thereon if the Council <br />determines that special problems or circumstances may exist with regard to the proposed <br />
