<br /> <br />use <br />revocation use <br />c. it shall be the responsibility of the owner to terminate the operator's <br />possession of the premises upon any expiration or revocation of the <br />interim use permit if the operator continues to utilize the premises for <br />the conduct of such interim use. <br /> <br />2. Each permittee shall be jointly and severally liable for all costs and expenses, <br />including attorneys' fees, the city may incur to enforce the conditions of the <br />interim use permit upon any breach thereofby the permittee, or to abate and <br />remove the interim use upon any failure by the permittee to discontinue such <br />use, or to evict the operator of such use, upon the expiration or revocation of <br />the interim use permit. <br /> <br />3. The applicant/property owner agrees to complete fire, life safety, and codes <br />inspection of the proposed use with the city fire and building inspectors. The <br />applicant shall provide a scaled property survey and development plan <br />illustrating all property lines, buildings, paving, ponding, grading, compacted <br />gravel surfaces, fencing, lighting, landscaping and/or screening, and setback <br />dimensions. A Rice Creek Watershed Permit may be necessary and is the <br />responsibility of the applicant prior to applying for grading and/or building <br />permits from the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />4. The building shall be used (after approval of this interim use permit) <br />exclusively for seasonal and peak period truck and trailer parking and storage <br />without expansion of the building or the existing paved surfaces; or the <br />building shall revert to a permitted use within the underlying B-6 zoning <br />district. The building shall have a maximum capacity and use for _ peak or <br />seasonal parked or trucks at anyone time. The interim use shall be for five <br />years and be reviewed administratively each year on or around the anniversary <br />date of approval of the permit. <br /> <br />5. Within 180 days of permit approval, the applicant shall complete all proposed <br />and required on-site improvements. The applicant shall remove all <br />construction and other debris from the site prior to occupancy or within 180 <br />days whichever comes first. <br /> <br />6. The parking area shall not be expanded in size or intensity from that approved <br />by this permit. All permitted interim uses shall be restricted to space within <br />the proposed site and parceL <br /> <br />7. The paved driveway areas to the frontage road shall not be expanded beyond <br />the current size. A change in location of the driveway entrance to the frontage <br />road will require a approval of a city driveway permit from the Public Works <br />Director. <br /> <br />3 <br />
