Revocation of permits. <br /> <br />Upon conviction of any person holding a permit issued under this article for violation of this <br />article or the rules and regulations proIllulgated under this article, the council may revoke the <br />piggery permit of such convicted person. <br />(Code 1982, ~ 7-201) <br /> <br />Sec. 10-412. Rules and regulations. <br /> <br />The city manager shall supervise all piggeries issued permits under this article, and the city <br />council shall establish and promulgate rules and regulations governing the operations of any <br />such piggery, which rules and regulations shall include the size and design of buildings, <br />runways, feeding platforms, sanitary regulations and any other provisions deemed necessary <br />to accomplish proper protection for the public in the administration of this article. <br />(Code 1982, ~ 7-202) <br /> <br />Sees. 10-413-10-440. Reserved. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VII. ANIMALS AS PRIZES <br /> <br />Sec. 10-441. Definitions. <br /> <br />The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings <br />ascribed to them in this section, except w here the context clearly indicates a different meaning: <br /> <br />Pet and companion anim.al mean a nonhuman mammal, bird or reptile possessed by, cared <br />for, or controlled by a person for the present or future enjoyment of that person or another. <br />(Code 1982, * 7-211) <br /> <br />Sec. 10-442.
