(14%) VARIANCE to <br />Section 1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code for Christine & Rehnberg, 1316 <br />Shryer A venue, based on the findings in Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6 of the <br />project report dated November 3,2004. <br /> <br />8.0 NEXT STEPS: <br /> <br />8.1 The decision by the Variance Board will be sent to those property owners located within <br />the 350 foot notification area. <br /> <br />8.2 The decision by the Variance Board is final unless an appeal is filed.
