Access <br />system will be designed with extra points to accommodate <br />Tenant's system; <br /> <br />13)AII ceiling space will be sufficiently clear of all pipes, ductwork, <br />etc., to provide for a minimum finished ceiling height of nine (9) <br />feet. All base building systems will be coordinated such that the <br />intersection of the building structural system, medium pressure <br />ductwork, the fire protection system and the base building light <br />fixture will all fit within the ceiling cavity. Indicated heights will <br />include room to place conventional florescent light fixtures to <br />properly illuminate the work space; <br /> <br />14)AII penetrations will be packed airtight and complete; <br /> <br />15) Domestic cold water, valved and capped at one location per <br />floor; <br />
