5) Water coolers will be provided as required by code; 6) Fire sprinklers as required by code in a finished state; 7) Exit signs and emergency lighting (battery packs) as required per code; 8) Passenger elevator lobby complete in all respects including finishes; 9) Core corridor doors finished; 1 0) Stairwell doors finished; 11 ) Stairwells between floors serving Tenant will have walls and railings finish painted. Such stairwells will be lighted to 35 foot candles minimum; 12)Closers and appropriate locking devices for all exit, stairwell, electrical/telephone doors, and women's/men's toilets. Stairwell doors will have locking and unlocking devices controlled by landlord's building management system. landlord will also provide an electronic card access security system as approved by Tenant on all stairwell doors on each of Tenant's floors. Access system will be designed with extra points to accommodate Tenant's system; 13)AII ceiling space will be sufficiently clear of all pipes, ductwork, etc., to provide for a minimum finished ceiling height of nine (9) feet. All base building systems will be coordinated such that the intersection of the building structural system, medium pressure ductwork, the fire protection system and the base building light fixture will all fit within the ceiling cavity. Indicated heights will include room to place conventional florescent light fixtures to properly illuminate the work space; 14)AII penetrations will be packed airtight and complete; 15) Domestic cold water, valved and capped at one location per floor;
