Ceiling tile must be 2' x 2' lay-in tegular <br />edge regressed, noncombustible mineral, foil-backed, fissured, <br />acoustical tile, with a minimum thickness of 3/4", an NRC rating of <br />.55 to .65, an STC rating of 35 to 39, and a light reflectance rating of <br />LRl and shall be stocked on the floor of the Tenant space. Tenant's <br />contractor shall install ceiling tile at Tenant's cost. Alternative lay-in <br />ceiling systems will be considered provided they meet the above <br />standards. <br /> <br />Acoustical Attenuation <br />Acoustical attenuation will be designed within walls separating <br />elevators, toilet rooms, fan rooms, and switchgear from occupied <br />Tenant spaces. The system design criteria for ambient noise level in <br />Tenant's space, when unoccupied, shall meet NC35 standards <br />when all building systems are operating and standard floor and <br />ceiling finishes are installed. <br /> <br />Mechanical Construction <br />Heatinq, Ventilation and Air-Conditioninq ("HV AC") <br />Landlord will furnish and install an HV AC system to meet local <br />building codes to meet an occupant load of 1 person per 125 <br />square feet. Landlord will provide HV AC system completed through <br />and including the V A V or heat pump devices to meet Secure <br />Computing's final plan and the following: <br /> <br />a) The system, including exhaust fans, will be designed to conform to <br />Tenant's plans and to operate so that sound transmission levels do <br />not exceed NC35 as required by code in common areas. <br /> <br />b) The system will be designed with no more than 50 lineal feet per <br />
