General Offices - One person per 125 usable square <br />feet and a personal computer per person, assuming a <br />personal computer generates 1,000 BTU's. <br />II. Meeting and Conference Rooms - One person per 15 <br />usable square feet. <br /> <br />e) All interior areas will be suitably zoned, with independent zone <br />controls. <br /> <br />f) Supply outlets will be selected for minimum drafts and noiseless air <br />distribution. <br /> <br />g) The type and size of the diffusers will be determined by Landlord's <br />engineer after consultation with Tenant's architect or engineer. <br /> <br />h) All supply and/or return ducts will be equipped with fusible link <br />dampers as prescribed by applicable laws, if any. <br /> <br />i) The Landlord shall install the HV AC system up to and including the <br />main trunk line. Tenant at Tenant's cost shall complete the <br />installation of HV AC within the Tenant's space. <br /> <br />Sprinkler System <br />Sprinkler piping will be provided to include main runs with crosses to <br />achieve a 15' x 15' grid for future extensions and locations of branch <br />piping, drops and heads. Landlord will provide and install as many <br />semi-recessed sprinkler heads as necessary to meet code to be <br />located, at Landlord's expense, in the suspended acoustical tiles <br />per Tenant's final space plans, provided that, on average, no more <br />
