A scaled and dimensioned site plan indicating all existing conditions and <br />the proposed improvement must be submitted with the building permit <br />application. <br /> <br />f. Drainage and roof gutters shall be installed to direct runoff away from <br />adjoining properties. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Variance Board Member Doherty and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor: Bakeman, Boerigter, Mulder, Doherty <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Page 7 of 10 <br />
