<br /> <br />7.0 SUGGESTED VARIANCE BOARD ACTION: <br /> <br />7.1 ADOPT a RESOLUTION APPROVING 4 foot VARIANCE to Section 1012.02B2 <br />and a VARIANCE to Section 1012.02Cl of the Roseville City Code allowing <br />construction of an 8 foot tall uniform cedar fence in the yard area adjacent to County <br />Road C for 2650 Pascal Street, 1446, 1438, 1432, 1426, 1420, 1412, 1404 and 1398 <br />Talisman Curve, and 2655 Sheldon Street" based on the findings in Section 5 and the <br />conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated March 23,2005. <br /> <br />8.0 NEXT STEPS: <br /> <br />8.1 The decision by the Variance Board will be sent to those property owners located within <br />the 350 foot notification area. <br /> <br />8.2 The decision by the Variance Board is final unless an appeal is filed. The appeal period <br />runs for 10 days from the date of the decision and an appeal can either be made by the <br />applicant or a property owner within the 350 foot notification area. <br /> <br />8.3 An appeal must be submitted in writing to the City Manager by NOON April 4, 2005 for <br />a hearing before the City Council on Monday, April 11, 2005. <br /> <br />8.4 Should there be no appeal filed the resolution approving the variance will be mailed to <br />Ramsey County for recording against the subject property and a building permit may be <br />issued. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Debra Bloom (651-792-7042) <br />Attachments: Location map, aerial photos, site plan, narrative & resolution. <br /> <br />PF3629_RVBA_032305.doc Page 6 of6 <br />
