<br /> <br />affect <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />6.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />6.1 The Community Development Department recommends approval of a 2 foot to 4 foot <br />foot VARIANCE to Section 1012.02B2 of the Roseville City Code for Jean and Nasim <br />Ayub, 936 Highway, based on the findings in Section 5 and the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. The fence must not exceeding a height of 8 feet measured from the existing grade <br />to top offence along the north side (front) of the property and 6 feet along the <br />east (front side lot line) and west (front side lot line) of the front yard.. <br /> <br />b. The fence must be of an earthen tone to match with vegetation and lawns in the <br />area. If there is a more finished side to the fence, that side must face the two <br />adjoining neighbors' lots. <br /> <br />c. The applicant must stake the side property lines from property comers throughout <br />the area along the side lot lines where the fence will be installed. <br /> <br />7.0 SUGGESTED VARIANCE BOARD ACTION: <br /> <br />7.1 ADOPT a RESOLUTION APPROVING a 4 foot front yard and a 2 foot front side <br />yard VARIANCE to Section 1012.02B2 of the RoseviIle City Code for Jean and <br />Nasim Ayub, 936 Highway 36, based on the findings in Section 5 and the conditions of <br />Section 6 of the project report dated June 1, 2005. <br /> <br />8.0 NEXT STEPS: <br /> <br />8.1 The decision by the Variance Board is final unless an appeal is filed.
