Compatibility with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />2.21 Staff has reviewed the development proposal with regard to the criteria in <br />Section 1013.01.D of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance and concludes the proposal <br />meets these criteria. Specifically, the parking lot for the new clubhouse will be <br />refined within the limits of the existing parking lot, providing more green area <br />and improved traffic circulation.
