Approval af the Raseville Multi-Family Honsing Study (HFOOp4) Executive Director Bennett handed out a revised executive summary and pravided a summary af the additions to the Study repart. Bennett indicated that appraval of the study is nat committing ta the prapased action steps. The propased aetion steps are just that — praposed. However, approving the study pravides the HRA with cansensus to mave farward with the specific evaluatian of the propased action steps based upon priorities and impacts an the budget. Member Kelsey asked that the budget and the long-term study be shcrwn tagether, but the study action steps may alsa be extended over a periad af years. The Study itself wi11 be reviewed annually.
