Attachment B- Part 1 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />FOR THE <br />ROSEVILLE HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the City of Roseville, a Minnesota <br />municipal corporation ("City"), and the Roseville Housing & Redevelopment Authority, a public <br />body corporate and politic created under Minnesota Statutes Chapter 469 ("HRA"). <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes section 412.111 permits the Roseville City Council to prescribe <br />the duties of all City employees; <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes section 469.012, subd. ib, permits the HRA to utilize the <br />services of the City; <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes section 412.651, subd. 3, empowers the City's city manager to <br />appoint all employees; and, <br />WHEREAS, the HRA desires to contract with the City for personnel staffing services pursuant to <br />the above-recited state law and sections 3.5, 3.6, and 3.7 of the HRA's by-laws. <br />NOW THEREFORE, intending to the bound by the consideration and obligations as set forth <br />below, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Pavment and Scope of Services. The City shall perform necessary and requested services <br />for the HRA as attached hereto as Exhibit A and the HRA shall provide to the City the <br />payments for the scope of services as attached hereto as Exhibit B. Such Total Fee shall <br />be remitted to the City in four (4) equal payments of $47982.50 on or before April 1, July <br />1, October 1, and December 1 of each year �or the duration of this Agreement. <br />2. Executive Director. The Roseville City Manager in his/her sole discretion will nominate <br />a candidate for appointment to serve as the Executive Director of the HRA. Said <br />candidate will not assume the role of Executive Director until appointed by the HRA in <br />accordance with Section 3.6 of the HRA's bylaws. Nomination of such appointment <br />shall be directed in writing to the HRA and may be revoked and/or substituted at any time <br />in the sole discretion of the Roseville City Manager. <br />The City shall annually provide to the HRA Chair the Disclosure of Financial Interests <br />executed by the Executive Director or Executive Director nominee, and agrees to provide <br />to the HRA Chair any updates to the Disclosure of Financial Interests delivered by the <br />Executive Director from time to time, within 15 business days of delivery by the <br />Executive Director to the Ciry. <br />1 <br />
