Ms. Raye noted she would be in <br />� <br />'dance if her assistance was needed, but encouraged all HRA members to attend the <br />,��eeting to engage in discussion with the City CounciL Ms. Raye advised that, at the <br />discrerion of the HRA, she could make a brief initial presentation followed by discussion of the <br />HRA and Ciry Council. <br />Member Etten suggested Ms. Kelsey inYroduce the updated Strategic Plan, with Ms. Raye <br />discussing the process, and then review of the draft document itself. <br />
