TASK DESCRIPTION <br />Assumptions: <br />- A feasbility study will not be required for this project. <br />- Plan preparation assumes Local funding only. <br />Project duration: from authorization to proceed to construction completion <br />(October 2015 to September 2017). <br />Design Phase: 2016 <br />- Bidding Phase: March 2017 through April 2017 (2 weeks to excecute CDs) <br />- Construction Phase: Staffed May 1, 2017 through September 1, 2017 <br />Construction assumed to be May 1, 2017 through August 1, 2017. <br />1.0 PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />Assumptions: <br />- Project management will include work necessary for communication and <br />completion of the project tasks on time and within budget. <br />Client Deliverables: <br />- Scheduling MnDOT coordination meetings. <br />1.1 Perform day to day Project Management & Administration. <br />1.2 Ongoing phone and email communications and coordination with city staff <br />duringthe duration ofthe project. <br />1.3 Quality Assurance/Quality Control ("QA/QC'). SRF will perform QA/QC functions <br />throughout the Project duration to ensure delivery of a quality product in <br />accordance with the Project Schedule. <br />1.4 Meetings: Assume 3 coordination meetings with City staff at City Hall; includes <br />kick-off meeting. (2 hours each includes travel time) <br />1.5 Attendance at coordination meeting with MnDOT (assume 1 mtg, includes travel) <br />SUBTOTAL-TASK 1 <br />2.0 DATA COLLECTION & UTILITY COORDINATION <br />Assumptions: <br />Supplementing mapping in non-critical areas using GIS or digitizing aerial <br />imagery is considered sufficient level of detail.
