TASK DESCRIPTION <br />3.1 Geometric design and consensus of proposed section with City staff. <br />3.2 Preliminary design and base files reflecting City staff comments. <br />3.3 Identify impacts to right of way and quantify necessary easements through the <br />development of cross sections. <br />Develop right of way exhibits and descriptions (assumes 1 parcel) <br />3.4 30% Construction Plans will include: <br />Title Sheet <br />- Typical Sections <br />Topography and Utility Plans <br />- Construction Plans <br />Roadway Profiles <br />- Drainage Plans <br />Landscape Plans <br />- Signal at Lincoln Lane at Snelling (see signal scope) <br />Cross Sections at 50 ft spacing per roadway. <br />3.5 Preliminary Drainage Design <br />3.5.1 Coordination meeting with environmental agencies. (Assume two WR staff <br />attending one meeting. Nours shown include preparation of materials and <br />meeting documentation) <br />3.5.2 Collect and review all applicable data and permitting requirements relating to <br />water resources. Prepare design criteria and regulatory criteria matrices and <br />submit to City for review. <br />3.5.3 Perform a field walk to review existing conditions and prepare survey request. <br />3.5.4 Prepare existing conditions drainage area map, including existing storm drain <br />and culvert infrastructure, hydrologic boundaries, and surface flow direction. <br />3.5.5 Review cross sections and determine proposed ditch locations. Propose special <br />ditch grades as needed to provide roadway drainage and convey runoff to <br />proposed BMPs. <br />3.5.6 Review soils and geological features and evaluate BMP locations for limitations <br />to BMP types (infiltration in particular). Assess likelihood of impacts of <br />gro u n dwater. <br />3.5.7 Preliminary pond design to determine locations sizes, type as required to meet <br />RCWD and NPDES permit requirements. <br />3.5.8 Assist with environmental document. <br />3.5.9 Prepare proposed conditions drainage area map,including proposed storm drain <br />trunk lines and significant culvert infrastructure, hydrologic boundaries, <br />proposed BMPs, and surface flow direction. <br />PRINCIPAL SR.
