Vacation Pay. <br />If an employee desires vacation pay in advance of vacation, he/she <br />must submit the request in writing at least two (2) weeks prior to <br />the vacation date. <br /> <br />252.070. Vacation Pay on Termination of Employment. <br />An employee who terminates his/her employment shall receive, upon <br />termination, unused vacation pay. <br /> <br />252.080. Vacation Time. <br />All vacation periods of more than (5) days must be arranged at <br />least thirty (30) days in advance, and the times of such vacations <br />shall be subject to the approval of the department head.
