This position serves as the lead network systems <br />engineer and is accountable for decisions and consequences at a team level and will possess proven <br />supervisory skills and the ability to inspire, develop, and lead IT professionals within the team. <br />Salary Range: Internally this position falls into grade 14 of the exempt ranges 37.49 — 45.16/Hr. or <br />$77,979 - $93,933 annually. <br />91 POLICY OBJECTIVE <br />92 The 2016 Budget process identified priorities and funding mechanisms for the City to provide needed <br />93 services and programs. Hiring personnel to fill the newly created positions will assist in implementing <br />94 these priorities. <br />95 FINANCIAL IMPACTS <br />96 The proposed budget for 2016 will cover the costs of the positions. The tax levy will pay for <br />97 only $5,000 of the costs of the Recreation Facility Coordinator.
