Provide preliminary feedback on the concept plan in collaboration between the <br />applicant, general public, Planning Commission, and City Council; <br />2. Provide a forum for public comment on the PUD prior to a requirement for <br />extensive engineering and other plans; <br />3. Provide a forum to identify potential issues and benefits of the proposal which <br />can be addressed at succeeding stages of PUD design and review. <br />(ii) �Specific PUD Concept Plan Submittal Requirements� <br />The following information shall be provided unless waived by staff: <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />A listing of contact informarion including name(s), address(es) and phone <br />number(s) of: the owner of record, authorized agents or representatives, engineer, <br />surveyor, and any oYher relevant associates; <br />A listing of the following site data: Address, current zoning, parcel size in acres <br />and square feet and current legal description(s); <br />�A narrative explaining the applicanYs proposed objectives for the PUD, a listing <br />of the areas of flexibiliry from standard zoning sought through the use of PUD <br />design, and an explanation of how the proposa] addresses the PUD review <br />criteria in Section (A)(8�; <br />�A listing of �enaral information including the number of proposed residential <br />units, commercial and/or industrial land uses and square footages by category of <br />use, public use areas including a description of proposed use, and any other land <br />use proposed as part of the PUD; <br />183 5. Calculation of the proposed density of the project and the potential density under <br />184 standard zoning regulations, including both gross density and net density <br />185 accounting for developable and undevelopablc land. Undevelopable land for the <br />186 purposes of tbis calculation shall include all wetlands, floodplain, slopes greater <br />187 than I 8%, poor soils and areas of concentrated woodlands. <br />188 6.
