No application for a PUD Freliminary Plan will be accepted unless a distinctly <br />similar proposal has completed the PUD Concept Plan review process within the <br />prcvious year from the date of application. <br />2. No application for a PUD Preliminary Plan will be accepted unless the required <br />developer open house meeting has been held within three (3) inonths from the <br />date of application. <br />(ii) �PUD Preliminary Plan Submittal Requirements� <br />243 Except as may be waived by the Community Development Department, the <br />244 following information shall constitute a complete application for PUD Preliminary <br />245 Plan. <br />246 1. Administrarive infortnarion (including idenrificarion of the drawing as a <br />"PUD Preliminary Plan," the proposed name of the project, contact <br />information for the developer and individual preparing the plan, signature of <br />the surveyor and civi] engineer certifying the document, date of plan <br />preparation or revision, and a graphic scale and true north arrow); <br />b. Area calculations for gross land area, wetland areas, right-of-way <br />dedications, and proposed public and private parks or open space; <br />c. Existing zoning district(s); <br />d. Layout of proposed lots with future ]ot and block numbers. The perimeter <br />boundary line of the subdivision should be distinguishable from the other <br />property lines.
