Consider Items Removed from Consent <br />d. Authorization to Enter into Lease Agreement for Storage Space at 1944 West <br />County Road C <br />City Manager Trudgeon reported that, since distribution of the agenda packet, and <br />staff negotiations indicating an agreement had been reached, staff had subsequent- <br />ly found out that the property owner of this facility at 1944 W County Road C had <br />rented the facility to someone else. Therefore, Mr. Trudgeon advised there would <br />be no action requested on this item. <br />However, in consideration of timing and additional research by staff on another <br />facility, City Manager Trudgeon aslced that the City Council authorize staff to ne- <br />
