He stated he would draft an amendment to the By- <br />Laws for the next meeting. <br />d. Report on Recent Community Events/Invite to Upcoming Community Events <br />Ms. Collins stated the New American Forum would be held on December 18 at 6:00 p.m. at the <br />Roseville Lutheran Church. <br />Commissioner Thao requested a report from the Commissioner that would be attending at the <br />next Commissioner meeting. <br />Ms. Collins stated she would have brochures available at the event as well as a publication <br />regarding tenant rights. <br />e. Report on Human Rights Complaints from 2012-2013 <br />Commissioner Singleton provided an update for the Commission regarding all of the complaints <br />that have come from Roseville and went to the State Department of Human Rights for 2013. The <br />City of Roseville does not mediate it's own complaints so the City is not aware of what <br />complaints or violations are occurring in the City. There had been 6 complaints filed on the <br />basis of race, 3 charges on the basis of sex, 2 charges filed on the basis of disability, 1 charge <br />filed on the basis of disability and age, and 1 charge filed on the basis of national origin. He <br />stated there is limited information available to the City because they are not involved in these <br />cases. He stated as Commissioners they should be aware of what is going on and there should be <br />a process in place for getting this information. <br />Commissioner Thao suggested having someone come to a future Commission meeting and <br />explain the process for filing a complaint. <br />Chair's Report <br />Chair Groff stated he would not provide a report at this time due to time constraints. <br />Youth Commissioner Report <br />356 Youth Commissioner Cederberg stated at the last meeting he had proposed having a book club <br />357 using the summer reading list for the High School and see if there was a way to incorporate <br />358 civility ideas into the book club meetings. He provided a list of the books and asked the <br />
