Commission Minutes Discussion <br />Commissioner Thao explained she had thought Ms. Collins had been preparing the minutes but <br />has since learned this was outsourced and this was something the Council preferred. <br />Chair Groff explained the budget does reflect this cost. <br />Ms. Collins stated the budget was increased by approximately $1300 to account for the cost of <br />having the minutes prepared. She asked if the Commissioners would like to see any changes to <br />the minutes. <br />Commissioner Thao suggested having the motions in bold and underlined so they were easy to <br />locate. <br />244 Chair Groff agreed with Commissioner Thao's suggestion. He suggested identifying <br />245 Commissioner members more often during the meeting would be helpful as well. Elections for Chair and Vice Chair <br />Chair Groff explained the Chair and Vice Chair serve for 1-year starting in January. He stated <br />Commissioner Singleton would be running the election of officials. <br />Commissioner Singleton opened the floor for nominations for the Chair position for 2015. <br />Commissioner Thao moved and Commissioner Carev seconded a motion to nominate <br />current Chair Wayne Groff to serve as Chair for 2015. <br />There being no additional nominations Commissioner Singleton closed the floor for nominations. <br />The motion to reelect Chair Wayne Groff for 2015 was called to a vote. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Commissioner Singleton opened the floor for nominations for the Vice Chair position for 2015. <br />
