That there shall be no driveway and parking to the southeast, <br />as depicted on plans. <br />2. That staff approve fire, utility, and grading plans. <br />3. That staff ap���rove lar.dscape plans which should be coordinat�d <br />with the neighbors concerns. � <br />4. That the landscape wall on Hamline Avenue shall be brick. <br />5� That sidewalks shall be const�ucted on Hamline. <br />6. That- no exhaust or mechanical systems shall be placed on the <br />southern side of the parcel. Any systems placed on the roof <br />shall be screened. - <br />7.
