If this were not to occurr, the developer would <br />have two options: <br />1. Request a variance to this sp�cial condition, or <br />2. Place vrick facir.g on �he wall. <br />If the wall, as it exists, were to be deemed an acceptable means <br />as mee�ing the special condition, staff is concerned that a <br />difficult precedent would '�e estalbished with respect to what is <br />deemed an acce?table brick substitute. I�t would then be critical <br />thac the City develop strict design standards to be used hence- <br />forth, depicting what is and is not properly determined to be <br />brick. . <br />
