The plat no�w consists of 95 lots, compared to the 94 lots in the original proposal. �; ���1� <br />-� a�� <br />Lot 1, of Block 2(west side of the Farmington cul-de-sac) cauld be a better lot �� ��: <br />` a� � <br />if it were stightly larger. You will note that the north half of Brooks Avenue, contiguous to the park is ;�p;� <br />�� <br />fia be constructed on park property. This is, af cours�, the usual custom and ;,��� <br />is pe�fectly alright except that in this cose there is an easeme�nt wiPh a gas line '�y� <br />construct�d within the easement dlong the south line. If the gas line is deep enough� ;��� <br />ond far enough f rom the south I ine of the park prop�rty, there may be no problem '��� <br />' � F ; <br />However, considerable expense may be soved by moving this street to th� south so a <br />as to avoid the possible replacement of Phe gas line. Obviously, it would be import-, � ;; <br />ant to determine the location and the depth of the gas line prior ta engineering the �` <br />exact location of the street.
