W� suggest that the revisian to the �' northerly part of fhe plat provides an excellent visual and physical access to the `�� vi I lage park property. 2. The plat now consists of 95 lats, compared to the 94 lots in the original proposcl. : Lot 1, of 81ock 2(west side of the Farmington cul-d�-sac) could be a better !ot �;: if it were slightly larger. The depth of this lat from Farmington Circle ta Brooks *` Avenue might be increased slightly in the process of pr�paring the fina) plat by adjusting the lots slightly to the west on th�s north side of Brooks Avenue and �� adjustment � thE curb toward the west. ' ,,,.; �,; 3. You wi I I note that the north half of Brooks Avenue, contiguous to the park is � to be constructed on park praperty. This is, of Gaurse, the usua! custom and �� �s pe�fectly alright except that in this case there is an easem�ntr witi� a gas line constructed within the eesemPnt along the south line. If the gas (ine is deep �nQugh, ,�,�; and far enough frc,m the south line of Phe park property, the�e may be no problem. �k Howev�r, considerable exper�se may be saved by moving this street to the south so E� as to avoid the possible replacement of the gas li�e. Obviously, it would be import-: ��' ant t�o determine Phe location and the depth of the gas line prior to enginee�ing the exact Ic9cation of the street.
