A I�raffic intex�hange is requirea between Tru�k Highway No. S1 and Co�nty <br />Road "B-2" to ���i;litate traffic movement. This irxterchange is to be <br />caalstru�ted by �h� Stete of Minnesota, Department of Highways. <br />3. Apprimim�tely �300 �ineal feet of County Raad "B-2" and 800 lineal feet <br />of Frontage Road is proposed to be constructed as a part of interchange <br />construction. <br />4. Praposed right-a�-wsy widthg, exclusive of Minnesota Highway Department <br />construction, are $0 feet from Fairview Avenue and Trunk Highway No. 51 <br />�nd 95 feet fr�n Trunk Highway No. 51 and Hamline Avenue. <br />5. County Roaa "B-Z" between Trunk Highway No. 5i and Hamline Avenue is a <br />part of �he Village of Roseville Municipal State Aid street system and <br />County Rs>ad "B=2" from Fairview Avenue to Trunk Highway No. 51 was recently <br />so d�signated. <br />b. Storm sewers are r�quired as a part of the total improvem�nt as follows; <br />g. A sCorm sewer system is required to drain County �ioad "B-2". <br />b. A private sys�em of storm sewers is required to drain the Allied <br />St�res Development Prnperty which includes a storm sewer to <br />geplace open ditch drainage naw carried by County Ditch No. 4. <br />c. Development of the AlliPd Stoa�*�s Property requires that a storm <br />sewer be ronstructed between Bruce Avenue and County Raa� "C" <br />along th�e approximate present alignment of County Ditch No, 4 <br />and ditch repair between County Road "C'•'�and Lydia Avenue. <br />', 7. It will be nec�ssary �or the Village of Roseville to take over that portion <br />� of County Ditca No. 4 between Fairview Avenue (County Ditch cxossing) and <br />County Road "�" as a part of �he Village of Roseville drainage system. <br />�� Ir� ca�►sid�ring th� foregoing conclusions it is recommended that: <br />1. County Road "B-2" between Fairview Avenue and Hamline Aven�ue be constructed in <br />accor�ance with typical sections, alignment and grades as proposed in this report. <br />! , <br />2.
