Such on ordinance should contnin the following: general provisions (en�orcement, admir�istrative pro- cedures, etc.), prelimina�y plan requirement, finai plat requi�ements, design stanclards, public land requirements, r�quired improvements, and enginee�ing standards and specifications. Some of the requirements of subdiv�sion �egulations deal with the size of lots, ien�tl� and design of streets, place��ent o� utility ea5ements, d�dication of a certain percentag� of the original raw IanU for public purposes, street �aming and numoering, and due consiJeration �or and recognition of the development of adjacent parcels of lanc�.
