Such on ordinance should <br />contnin the following: general provisions (en�orcement, admir�istrative pro- <br />cedures, etc.), prelimina�y plan requirement, finai plat requi�ements, <br />design stanclards, public land requirements, r�quired improvements, and <br />enginee�ing standards and specifications. <br />Some of the requirements of subdiv�sion �egulations deal with the size of <br />lots, ien�tl� and design of streets, place���ent o� utility ea5ements, d�dication <br />of a certain percentag� of the original raw IanU for public purposes, street <br />�aming and numoering, and due consiJeration �or and recognition of the <br />development of adjacent parcels of lanc�.
