Sufficient adjustment shall be provided to show at least 6" of adjustment above and below grade. Adjust- ments for depths greater than 6" shall be incidental and no payment made therefor. Hydrants: Hydrants shall be Waterous, Model 4JB-59 break-off type with breakable ground line flange or approved equal. The hydrai�ts shall have two (2) 2-1/2" hose connections and one (1) 4-1/2" steamer connection and all threads shall be National Standard, The centerline of the lowest connection shall be �� minimum of 18" above ground line.
