He will at once report in writing to the ENGINEER any co�flict, error or discrepancy ��rh�ch he may discover. The CONTRACTOR will be � responsible to see that the finished l,Jork complies accurately with the Contract Documents. � 17.2 The CONTRACTOR shall ke�p on the 4Jork at ail times during its progress a-resident superintenden� and supervisory staff, all satis- faciory to the ENGINEER. The superintendent shall not be replaced without the cQnsent of the ENGINEER except under extraordinary ' circumstances. The superintendent will be the CONTRACTOR'S repre- sentat�ve at the site and shall have authority to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR. All instructions and notices given to the super- � intendent will be as binding as if given to the CONTRACTOR. 17�3 The CONTRACTOR shall provide competent, qualified personnel to � survey and lay out the l�Jork and perform the construction required by the Contract Dacuments. He shall at all tim�s maintain good discipline and order among his employees at the site. � L� � � � �� J � 17.4 The ENGINEER is not the agent of and shall not be responsible for thP acts or omissions of the CONTRACTOR, or any Subcontractors, ar any of his or their superintendents, supervisory staffs, ag�nts or employees.
