They agreed to pursue this <br />plan, witll ttie intent of building a new structure for Conwed, wl�ich <br />as you may recall, was interested in expan ding within the City of <br />Roseville because Sperry tivants to take over their space at the Space <br />Center �uilding, soutliwest corner of the industrial area north of <br />I-[igli�vay 36. They would propose to construct tlie Conwed building, <br />and include tlie construc�ion of tlie cul-de-sac as part of the overall <br />development. 'I'oward this end, we suggested t}iey contact llavid Drown <br />regarding the feasibility study tltat the Cngineering Department conducted <br />� for tl�e construction of the cul-de-sac and tlie utilities. Tliey are <br />also aware that existing ponding area south of thc Vert�.mag building <br />may tvell have to be expanded vy about three times its size (as estimated <br />Uy David) so as to provicle pondin� area for the total site.
