Tlie entrance is thus more accessible to the parking, and t}iere will be a single driveway r�ather than two. Tlie building size is re�luced slightly from 9,050 sq. ft. to 9,000 sq. ft. Tl�e seating remains the same, witli a couple less parking spaces. There is, howev�r, more green area tllan tivas p�reviously approved, It appears to us that the changes are not significant enough to reprocess the site plan to tlle Plannirig �ommission ansi Council. Tlle general rule we suggest here is t}tat it sliould be reprocessed if the p1a.n is substantially diiierent, ii it exploits the land further, or if it in any way represents a reciu�tion in quality and adversely affects any contiguous property.
