• related to a variety of alternative future land uses that he has <br />considered. Today's meeting involved the review of the two <br />alterna�ive single family residential plats. He is in the <br />process of negotiating for the purchase of the property <br />immediately to the east of his property and therefore, we <br />discussed a number of alternative ways in which the two <br />properties could be developed together. The property is zoned <br />R1, single family residential, although it is guided for medium <br />density development in the comprehensive plan. All of the lots <br />that Mr. Busse was showing in his proposed plat either met or <br />exceeded the standards in the zoning ordinance and therefore the <br />City would be in a position to approve these proposals if he were <br />to finalize them. Our experience with Mr. Busse in the past is <br />that he gets very interested in a number of these schemes and <br />then it seems like many, many months pass before anything happens <br />and he returns with samething completely different. He did <br />indicate that he was workinq on completing his negotiations with <br />his adjacent property owner and that he was in�erested in <br />proceeding with the actual pla�ting of the property. <br />4.
