Range, 784-2293 <br />Jim Range is the Comptroller for Jim Trapp, and was in to plead <br />for Paul Nelson who is applying for a conditional use permit <br />for the sale of garbage hauling vehicles. Jim was formerly a <br />nursing home administrator, and owns a home himself in Lake <br />City. He formerly worked for Mr. Schuster tor ten <br />owned Lake Ridge Health Center in Roseville, and manyarothers <br />around the country. <br />Mr. Range noted a series of improvements that have been made at <br />the C1eanCo site, including asphalt driveway installation in <br />1983, installation of crushed rock over portions of the site in <br />1984, removal and installation of a new roof over the C1eanCo <br />area, installation of new wiring and radiant heaters, painting <br />of portions of the buildings, installation of some split raiY <br />fencing along the boulevard, installation oi new lighting <br />fixtures, installation of new rollup doors, and new fuel pumps. <br />Mr. Range claims these improvements cost �130,000. <br />We reviewed the City's concerns regarding the fulfillment of <br />conditions relating to the outdoor appearance, as not�d in the <br />lett�r from the City to Mr. Trapp foilowing the last Planning <br />Commission meeting. I suggested Mr. �ra <br />t�ese conditions with the City, and su P� com� in to re�iew <br />the City could be assured these items wouldsbescompletedn W��ch <br />7. McCarron <br />Jim and John McCarron are great <br />McCarron, the original settler in southeasthRoseville�forhwhich <br />McCarron's Lake is named. Charlie McCarron homesteaded th� <br />northwest �uarter of Section 31. This is the 160 acres south <br />of County Road B, east of Dale Str�et to the north end of the <br />Lake. Charlie McCarron homesteaded in 1850, Much of this land <br />is now City park land. <br />
