I,ouis Park and the Cr�stwood �ownhomes north of <br />Highway 36 a�nd east of Whit� e�ar. They are going to <br />consider opti.onal design approaches to the property. We <br />stressed th� import�nce of maintaining d�sirable condit3ons <br />contiguous to the single family residence to the east and the <br />south. It is ].ikely that a new d�velopment plan proposaZ <br />will have to be processed for this site. <br />
