LJ
Planning Office Hours, April 30 1986
Page 3
• We also discussed with Gordie Beseth the numbering system for
buildings to be constructed in the Woodbridge "Centre Pointe"
development. We agreed on utilizing the City's overall
numbering system, utilizing generally numbers divisible by
fifty, such as 2800, 2850, 2900, etc. Thus, the address for
most of the structures would be such a number on Centre
Pointe Road. There is no other street in Roseville lining up
with Centre Pointe Road. Raymond Avenue is further to the
west, but would constitute a much less desirable roadway name
for the development.

U
6. Edina Realtv, 836-3760
Dave Kringel and Terry McDonough from Edina Realty, at 2780
North Snelling, were in to discuss a possible new location
for an Edina Realty office in Roseville. We talked about the
northeast quadrant of County Road C and Snelling (Bill Fine's
property) and other properties appropriately zoned in the
City. They, of course, want high visibility, and are willing
to build a relatively large office structure. They will
review the alternate locations suggested, hoping to find a
successful solution soon.
7. Casey, 489-2259
Jim Casey owns 3.4 acres of wooded, rolling land north of the
east/west portion of Victoria Avenue (across from Resurrec-
tion Cemetery). He is desirous of selling the property and,
in particular, his existing home. If he does not find a
buyer for all the land, he would propose to plat the property
into approximately three to four lots, and retain the
remainder. He suggested a lot pattern that would include the
extension of a strip of land out to Victoria to serve his
larger parcel next to the Zittel's property. This strip
would go through land unsuitable for access, so we suggested
that solution not be pursued.
We noted Belair Builders interest in single family develop-
ment. Mr. Casey agreed to get in touch with Mark Murlowski.
8. Ternes, 633-2834
Gretchen Terness was bacic with Dick Johnson, of D. W.
Harstad Company, (builders) to review another revision to her
site plan at the southwest corner of Fulham and Terminal
Road. She proposes placing the building further to the
south, with the parking at the northeast corner of the site
(nearest the roads). The layout conforms to all requirements,
and will work. We requested, however, that before the City
approves this layout, that she get a written statement from
the contiguous single family owners to the south who, on the
basis of the previous public hearing (at the time of the
rezoning) assumed the building would be further north.
Being contiguous to single family homes, this development
will be subject to a site plan approval prior to building
permit issuance.
