They propose to expand the building in <br />these areas to gain more retail space in the interior. This <br />store is the first Target store, and was so because they <br />occupied an existing structure built to accommodate <br />the "Jubilee" Discount Store. That store never occupied the <br />building, but was leased to the Target people by Douglas <br />Rees, the original developer of "The Hub" Sh4pping Center, <br />the forerunner to Har Mar Mall. <br />The current Target stor� has 97,550 square feet, with an <br />additional 25,225 square feet devoted to the Knowlar� <br />Supermarket. This produces a total of 122,775 square fe�t. <br />The Knowlan Supermarket people have a five year opt�.on, with <br />a five year renewal, and propose to stay on the site.
