C� <br />• <br />� <br />Office Hours <br />March 26, 1986 <br />4 � <br />March 27, 1986 <br />Upon reviewing tl�e proposed architecture for the restaurant, <br />the question was raised about whether or not the decorations <br />which are attached to the facade of the building would <br />actually fall within the definition of a sign. We reviewed <br />the detinition of a sign in the zoning ordinance which, <br />liberally interpreted, would include some of the details <br />which are shown. This will be reviewed with Howard Dahlgren <br />when he returns from vacation, and subject to his <br />interpretation. <br />We also recommended that they provide some irrigation for the <br />site landscaping, because it is south facing and would be <br />subject to burn-out in the summer if it weren't frequently <br />watered. <br />
