Marty and Merrilee <br />will take the lead in developing alternatives for us to consider. <br />Marty and Gordy will develop materials to hand out with the <br />applications to clearly outline what is required to eliminate <br />questions at the counter and to operate more efficiently. 6n <br />major projects meeting� will be scheduled with the applicants to <br />insure that the permi�t review process flows smoothly. Merrilee <br />and other staff inembers will be screening Gordy's phone calls arid <br />referring appropriate calls to other staff inembers. <br />We a�greed that the plan review process previousl� outlinec� will <br />be implemented immediately. We will be meeting at 8;30 on March <br />20th to r�view �he materials obtained concerning the permit <br />application, building card, and hand outs.
