<br />All unused curb openings along Lexington Avenue, Woodhill Drive, and Oxford <br />o <br />29 <br />Street curb line shall be removed and replaced with non- surmountable curb to <br />30 <br />match existing curbing. Curbs proposed to be replaced shall have a minimum of 3 <br />31 <br />feet of bituminous saw cut out to allow for proper compaction. <br />32 <br /> <br />Utility trenches shall be restored by the Developer per City standard plate. <br />o <br />33 <br /> <br />Sidewalk construction: The Developer shall construct all sidewalk improvements <br />34 <br />determined to be necessary by the City to serve the Property, including the construction of <br />35 <br />Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant curb ramps and sidewalks. <br />36 <br /> <br />Sidewalk facilities including curb ramps and driveway crossings, shall be <br />o <br />37 <br />constructed in accordance with City details, specifications, and the City approved <br />38 <br />Public Improvement Construction Plans. <br />39 <br /> <br />All sidewalk facilities shall be ADA compliant and meet the latest Public Rights <br />o <br />40 <br />of Way Accessibility Guide (PROWAG) requirements. <br />41 <br />All costs for the improvements will be paid by the developer. The estimated cost of construction <br />42 <br />of the public infrastructure is $106,850. The developer will provide a financial security in the <br />43 <br />amount of 125% of the estimated cost of construction ($133,562.50) in the event the developer <br />44 <br />fails to perform. <br />45 <br />The City would provide oversite on the construction.
