Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, April 18, 2016 <br />Page 16 <br />plemented, but for the other buildings, those larger functional systems and com- <br />ponents were included, while more aesthetic things (e.g. carpets or chairs) were <br />not typically ranked. <br />Based on his reading of the draft policy language, Mayor Roe agreed that other <br />than the park buildings in the 4th bullet point ((line 45-46), there was no reference <br />to other city -owned buildings and facilities or similar parenthetical items, and <br />suggested language recognizing that. <br />City Manager Trudgeon duly noted the need to make the policy document more <br />inclusive as suggested. <br />Housing and Economic Development — Focus on SE Roseville (page 32) <br />City Manager Trudgeon referenced page 33, and the draft outline for a proposed <br />concept for focus group meetings to engage the broader community.
