Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, April 11, 2016 <br />Page 10 <br />Councilmember Laliberte stated that she'd long been a proponent of Roseville be- <br />ing easier to do business with and without making it too onerous, and therefore <br />agreed with the comments of Councilmember Etten. For full transparency con- <br />cerns expressed to-date by members of the community, Councilmember Laliberte <br />noted that if substantive changes were inade, those have been addressed and in- <br />cluded in revised language. <br />At the request of Mayor Roe, Mr. Paschke confinned that nothing of substance <br />was able to be approved by staff without first coming before the City Council in a <br />public setting to ensure that transparency. <br />Without objection, Mayor Roe ruled no changes for this language either. <br />McGehee moved, Etten seconded, enactment of Ordinance No. 1497 (Attachment <br />C) entitled, "An Ordinance Adding Text to Title 10, Zoning Ordinance of then <br />Roseville City Code Relating to Planned Unit Developments;" as amended in the <br />above-referencecl cliscussion. <br />Councilmember McGehee, echoed by her colleagues, thanked staff for this ac- <br />complishment. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />McGehee moved, Etten seconded, publication of Ordinance Summary No. 14975 <br />(Attachment D) entitled, "An Ordinance Adding Text to Title 10 Zoning Ordi- <br />nance of then Roseville City Code Relating to Planned Unit Developments." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />b. Consider Amendments to Roseville City Code Chapter 201, Advisory Com- <br />missions; Chapter 205, Human Rights Commission; and Chapter 207 Ethics <br />Commission <br />City Manager Trudgeon briefly reviewed the revisions rnade as a result of previ- <br />ous discussions and as detailed in the RCA dated April 11, 2016. <br />City Manager Trudgeon reported that the only concern was the potential omission <br />of some language inadvertently removed at the Human Rights Commission <br />(HRC) level during their review and deliberation. After his consultation with the <br />HRA Chairperson Wayne Groff, and as detailed in the RCA, lines 21-28, Mr. <br />Trudgeon reported that had been the case, and advised that the language had been <br />reinserted accordingly. <br />
