The <br />366 <br />Commission would support and promote this event. <br />367 <br /> <br />368 <br />Commissioner Carey moved, seconded by Commissioner Slade to approve the HRC <br />369 <br /> film viewing at Ramsey County. The <br />370 <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />371 <br /> <br />372 <br />Ms. Collins stated she would add August 1 <br />373 <br /> <br />374 <br /> <br />d.Review 2016 Calendar of Events <br />375 <br /> <br />376 <br />Commissioner Christiansen stated she would not be available for the March 16 Commission <br />377 <br />meeting. She asked if the meeting could be rescheduled. <br />378 <br /> <br />379 <br />Commissioner Carey asked if they could cancel the March meeting to provide more time for <br />380 <br />review of the essays. <br />381 <br /> <br />382 <br />Chair Groff stated they could have a Commission meeting but they would not be able to vote on <br />383 <br />items without a quorum present. He suggested leaving the meeting date as March 16 because <br />384 <br />there will not be items on the agenda requiring a vote. April 18 is the Naturalization Ceremony <br />385 <br />and he encouraged Commissioners to attend. The Rosefest Parade is scheduled for June 29. <br />386 <br /> <br />387 <br />Commissioner Christiansen asked if the Commission should contact other immigrant groups to <br />388 <br />walk with the Commission since they would be contacting the KOM. <br />389 <br /> <br />390 <br />Chair Groff stated Commissioners could contact other groups. <br />391 <br /> <br />392 <br />It was the consensus of the Commissioner to participate in Rosefest and to set the number of <br />393 <br />participants at 25. <br />394 <br /> <br />395 <br /> <br />396 <br /> <br />397 <br />Chair Groff did not have any additional updates. <br />398 <br /> <br />399 <br />Youth Commissioner Report <br />400 <br /> <br />401 <br />Youth Commissioner Cederberg stated he could contact J.B.
