She <br />81 <br />recommending keeping the Excel spreadsheet created by Commissioner Carey for scoring the <br />82 <br />essays for future use. She asked if the Commission should use the top three scores for first, <br />83 <br />second, and third place. <br />84 <br />85 <br />Chair Groff agreed this would be how the Commission would identify the first threeplaces. <br />86 <br />87 <br />Commissioner Christiansen suggested identifying twoHonorable Mentions so there would be <br />88 <br />five readers for the ceremony. <br />89 <br />90 <br /> <br />
