bPlanning Division staff shall be responsible for all aspects of the open <br />ЊЊЋ <br />house invitation including, but not limited to, the information contained <br />ЊЊЌ <br />on the invitation, a map or illustrations, the notice list, and the mailing of <br />ЊЊЍ <br />all documents regarding the open house. <br />ЊЊЎ <br />cTiming of the open house should occur between the hours of 5:30 p.m. <br />ЊЊЏ <br />and 8:00 p.m. and must be held at a public location (not a private residence) <br />ЊЊА <br />in or near the neighborhood affected by the proposal <br />ЊЊБ <br />dThe applicant shall be responsible for the following items as a part of the <br />ЊЊВ <br />submittal for an open house meeting: <br />ЊЋЉ <br />Completed Open House Form (application) <br />ЊЋЊ <br />Payment of fee and escrow <br />ЊЋЋ <br />Provision of applicable information regarding the project/request <br />ЊЋЌ <br />Determined the open house location, date, and time <br />ЊЋЍ <br />Required submittal of open house summary upon conclusion of <br />ЊЋЎ <br />meeting <br />ЊЋЏ <br />SPCA <br />ЊЋА <br />UGGESTEDLANNING OMMISSION CTION <br />By motion recommend approval of the following item: <br />ЊЋБ <br />a.Eliminate §1009.02 and §1102.01 of the City Code as per Attachment A and <br />ЊЋВ <br />replace with a policy statement per allowing the Planning Division to better <br />ЊЌЉ <br />manage the open house meeting process. <br />ЊЌЊ <br />AA <br />ЊЌЋ <br />LTERNATIVE CTIONS <br />a.Pass a motion to table the item for future action. An action to table must be tied to <br />ЊЌЌ <br />the need for clarity, analysis and/or information necessary to make a <br />ЊЌЍ <br />recommendation on the request. <br />ЊЌЎ <br />b.Pass a motion recommending denial of the proposal.
