The net housing density within <br />the district ranges from 10.0 to 30.0 units per acre of developable land and a minimum lot area of 2,800 <br />square feet per two (or more) bedroom dwelling units. The minimum lot size is 11,000 square feet. The <br />height limits is 3 stories or 30 feet, whichever is less. The maximum number of units in the structure as <br />well as the height of the structure may be exceeded by issuance of a conditional use permit.
