Consider Adoption of an Ordinance Amending Roseville City Code, Chap- <br /> ters 1001.10 (Definitions), 1009 (Procedures) and Table 1006-1 to allow for <br /> Contractor Yard—Limited in the Office/Business Park Zoning District <br /> City Planner Thomas Paschke summarized this item as detailed as brought for- <br /> ward by staff on behalf of a property owner request at 1900 County Road C and <br /> others who lease sell properties due to limited allowances in the areas outlined in <br /> lines 14 — 16 of the RCA. Mr. Paschke noted that these challenges had come up <br /> since adoption of the current comprehensive plan and zoning ordinance, especial- <br /> ly for interior uses of multi-tenant properties and current inconsistencies in city <br /> code as discussed most recently by the Planning Commission. Mr. Paschke dis- <br /> played a map showing the areas of focus on, some guided by Planned Unit Devel- <br /> opments (PUDs) and others self-regulating. <br /> Mayor Roe summarized the proposal presented by staff to primarily take existing <br /> definitions and uses for warehousing/distribution and dividing it into two separate <br /> categories under that broader designation for warehousing as storage as one divi- <br />
