Department / Program:Lawful Gambling <br /> <br />Organizational Responsibility: Finance Director <br />Department Description <br />The Lawful Gambling Regulation operation provides for the regulation of lawful gambling activities <br />within the City, in accordance with State Statutes and City Ordinance. The City hasdesignated the North <br />Suburban Community Foundation, with the assistance of the Roseville Donor Advisory Board, with the <br />responsibility to allocate 10% of the net gambling profits to Roseville-based non-profit organizations.
