308 <br />309 Mr. Freihammer reviewed the proposed utility rates for 2018 in detail with the <br />310 Commission. He explained the finance department had included neighboring city <br />311 rates. He requested the Commission review this information and provide feedback <br />312 to staff prior to February. <br />313 <br />314 Mr. Freihammer discussed several Ordinances proposed for review and approval in <br />315 2018. Mr. Culver provided further comment on the City's I&I program noting the <br />316 City would be creating a better policy to investigate illegally connected sump <br />317 pumps. <br />318 <br />319 Chair Cihacek congratulated staff and the Commission for completing its work plan <br />320 for 2017. <br />321 <br />322 Mr. Culver commented on the Capstone projects being completed by students for <br />323 the City of Roseville. <br />324 <br />325 Chair Cihacek requested staff make the Capstone project information and <br />326 presentations available to the public. <br />327 i <br />328 Mr. Culver discussed the recruitment process that would be followed for new <br />329 Commission members. He noted this process would be starting very soon. <br />33 <br />3311 <br />9.
